surfside stay, a pleasant surprise
friendly staffshuttle servicedirty floor
the staff were friendly and ready to help with directions. the free shuttle service to the parks was efficient and ran frequently. i liked that they have a starbucks on site and a cafe with various food options. the pool offered a relaxed atmosphere and the pool bar was great.
Our room floor wasn't properly cleaned . It quickly became dirty. i noticed the floor never got washed, not ideal. this is an area i hope they address .

the hotel includes a large pool that stays open late with lifeguard supervision. transportation to the parks occurs every 10 minutes, a wonderful convenience. a walgreens store is located directly across the street.

the location is ideal with an idrive trolley stop available just outside the gate. wawa, denny's, and ihop are all close by. there is also a walgreens nearby and a 7/11 for quick needs.

our room was spacious, more than we expected and that helped a lot. it had a microwave and dining table, perfect for our family. fresh towels were provided daily, it was nice.

great locationgross food
the room was clean and the location was great. bus service proved excellent.
The food was a major letdown. I found it to be quite gross. it seemed like little care was taken in its preparation. it was overpriced and hard to justify purchasing, especially as much of it ended up uneaten.

convenient shuttle servicebrown stainthin walls
the shuttle service to the parks was convenient.
i found the room cleanliness to be subpar, i saw a brown stain on the wall. the bedsheets also had a blood stain that i noticed when i was about to leave (it was really gross). additionally, the walls were paper thin, and i could hear everything happening around me.
